I kind of get what you’re saying, but it’s just the wording is weird to me I guess. It feels like colloquially you would say “This person is responsible for the killing” to be equivalent to “This person committed the killing”, so I would wonder why anyone wouldn’t answer ‘yes’ the person is responsible.

I think that this confusing wording introduces bias.

It’s not really the photos. For me, it’s that it’s really unusual for him to have had all the evidence on hand. Like the ID, gun, silencer, notes, and a motive on hand, just chilling in McDonalds. He also gave away probable cause to search him by presenting the ID which he should have known was fake. Considering he took concealing steps like using a ghost gun, ditching his backpack, and making a relatively clean getaway, it’s pretty odd.

Still it’s obviously possible that he wanted to be caught or was exhausted… or just dumb enough to not think of that.

Yea the picture is not related at all. Elder care is bleeding their money dry, they’re not choosing to spend it on lavish vacations.

Once you get to a point where you run out of insurance and health savings, you have to go to Medicaid, which will take your house and the rest of your savings after you die. I looked up astronaut pay and it says it’s between $100-180,000. Somewhat depressing that people can make more sitting in their house writing code working remote than someone who is risking their life on space missions. I guess you do get food and housing paid for that whole time, but wow.

The idea that knowledge of what a poker hand is is anything related to the dangers of gambling is ridiculous.
