    who want to take bets on how long it takes microsoft to either shut down the studio or layoff most of the team?

      This is what I came to say but it was already done! Within 6 months studio will be shutdown… the new Union Contract does include layoff protections so.

        money has the final say in every business issue. if they can export the work for 1/6 the cost, they’re going to.

      These are the people that made the X-Men Legends 1 & 2 games. I replayed those games so many times. I didn’t even know the company was still around.

      for me Raven always brings back memories of soldier of fortune. though i wouldn’t want a sequel today as its only selling point was dynamic dismemberment and that has long lost its novelty imo. i remember nothing about the story if it had any, and all i remember is that it had a very unappealing and generic cover art and i was lucky to have not skipped trying it because of that.

        The dismemberment was somewhat pioneering in its day. I remember SOF 2 as one of the first FPS’s to have foliage in its level design. The gunplay and audio was also great for its time. Other notables I remember were Hexen, Heretic and the Jedi outcast / Jedi Academy games.
