Summary

A coalition of Democratic state attorneys general has sued Elon Musk and Donald Trump, alleging Musk has been given unconstitutional power over the federal government through his role at DOGE.

The lawsuit seeks to limit Musk’s authority and demands disclosure of whether he used agency data to train AI models.

It also raises concerns over Musk’s access to the Defense Department, which has multi-billion-dollar contracts with SpaceX.

The suit argues Musk’s unchecked influence violates the separation of powers and threatens government stability.

There’s no need for an foreign national to have access to such data. If any commoner did the same, they will not see the light until the end of times.

Treat Elon the terrorist like you are treating Green Mario.
