Copy the whole URL. Just put in, for example, https://kbin.social/m/photography into the search bar. If it says no results wait a few seconds it usually appears. If not search again it should come right up.
I was talking about searching for a kbin magazine/community via Lemmy search, but for the inverse (finding lemmy community on kbin) i think thats right on as well.

Kbin doesnt seem to respect the ! links (ie: !main@sh.itjust.works) for searching
On Kbin you have to do that, but without the “!”. It won’t take a URL
