Happy to help!
Sorry for that. You have to use this checklist and keep Ctrl pressed while clicking on the languages you wish (in this case probably both “Undetermined” and “English”)
Sorry about this, it’s been an issue a while ago, we thought it was fixed, but seems it’s back again for some reason. We are investigating: https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/37256522
There’s probably a confusion between what the default languages of the instances are and what languages are selected for new joiners.
I opened a thread on !growthefediverse@slrpnk.net to discuss this.
Language settings, make sure to have “Undetermined”, “English” and all the other languages you speak correctly selected at the same time in your account settings.
@db0@lemmy.dbzer0.com, can the language configuration for new joiners be modified at the instance level?
Users can remove uploaded media since 0.19.4
LW still runs 0.19.3 unfortunately
Indeed, thanks!
There was a post on !fedigrow@lemm.ee recently about pictures management, maybe that can help
Not at this moment
Hello,
There are not visible:
You can open your profile in a private window to make sure: https://lemmy.ca/u/jshmnrd
Even more of a reason to point people to it. My point was that LW are really OK with people knowing which laws they are subject to, it was also in their announcement post Luigi
I believe lemmy.world is hosted somewhere in Europe
It is. German hoster, Finnish server, Dutch admins.
Maybe we should put it on !youshouldknow@lemmy.world.
Hm, the link doesn’t work for me. Usually you can use the 🔗 icon next to a thread or comment to link to it. Don’t worry about the instance, people just have to look, not comment
I raised the language issue recently, it should be fixed in 0.19.9
