That is only the number that has been independently verified from online obituaries and funeral announcements. It should be mentioned that it is much lower than even the most conservative estimates. The actual number of deaths is most likely closer to 200.000, though exact estimates are basically impossible.
And about 4-5% of their male population eligible for military service.

These guys have been thrown into the middle of a conflict of similar looking people wearing similar camo and using similar weapons while speaking almost indistinguishable languages. This is probably not the only time this will happen.
Regulations on fossil fuels have become very strict in Europe and any manufacturer wanting to sell there is going to maximize aerodynamics. Not to mention the increased range for electric cars. Most people still view cars as utilities, they care more about how far it can go on one charge instead of cool angular designs.

Modern cars are designed in wind tunnels. We’ll never get the cool designs back.
A lot of repack installers won’t work in Linux, not even with proton. Use the original scene release instead if you can.

The problem is not that the deer was hit, a human driver may have done so as well. The actual issue is that the car didn’t do anything to avoid hitting it. It didn’t even register that the deer was there and, what’s even worse, that there was an accident. It just continued on as if nothing happened.
The poster, who pays Tesla CEO Elon Musk for a subscription to the increasingly far-right social media site, claimed that the FSD software “works awesome” and that a deer in the road is an “edge case.” One might argue that edge cases are actually very important parts of any claimed autonomy suite, given how drivers check out when they feel the car is doing the work, but this owner remains “insanely grateful” to Tesla regardless.

The latest info on the 18 North Korean deserters is that they were stationed in a forest without any command or supplies for 4 days and left their post because the alternative was starvation. They were picked up by the Russians soon after.
The Ukrainians that I’ve talked to have a very different opinion on this.
Doesn’t really matter all that much since Europe is able to buy shells from non-European countries. South Korea manufactured more 155mm artillery shells than all of Europe combined in 2023 - and that is in addition to the ones that are produced in the EU.
