I know Trump has zero idea how the economy or even a business works, but watching him telling a large donor and it’s shareholders to forget about capitalism and take a loss on everything they sell so that consumers can afford them was chef’s kiss. Also moving all our e-waste from US shores to elsewhere doesn’t make it go away, we are just “hiding” the issue so as not to affect capitalism. In the end when we have no clean water to drink it’ll be too late to “start doing something”.

It’s meant to be cheaper, not better. Finding and paying for the drugs has become more difficult.
