I don’t know a whole bunch on the matter but it could be that the actual IC is damaged. As in, the mechanical components of it are broken or in a state that the IC can’t compensate for. Not sure what you can do other than replace the component…

Exactly. The way Android manages RAM is not the same as Windows, ie. full memory utilisation ≠ out-of-memory scenario.
I’ve definitely supplemented some of my queries with chatgpt questions however I’m very concious of hallucinations, so I’m pretty iffy with it right now.
Rolling screens seems like the more practical idea, if they can become affordable and practical (practical as in similar build quality to existing standard screens)
