- Putin, probably.
This reminds me of one of the fake cover stories they made up for the Manhattan project wherein they stated they were trying to make a sub that could submerge in the Rio Grande.
I’m out of the loop. What’s the joke here? I’m guessing it’s a fallout thing?
Why are you the kind of person who doesn’t like seeing others having fun without you?
Yes and it’s great.
The part of the grocery store where all the fresh fruits and veggies are.
This is really cool stuff! Thanks for posting the code!
This definitely goes to show why people felt Discovery was the Micheal Burnham show. Not that she had an unusual number of lines but that no one else spoke even half as much as her, with all of the other percentages of lines broken up by more characters than the other series.
Also does GEORGIOU count for both prime and mirror versions of the character?

You also missed the time Boimler died saving his ensigns and when he was revived, Ransom said something to the effect that a person doesn’t forget their first death implying he also died at one point.
Edit: I think the Enterprise Kovich served on was the J.
IIRC, the arm swing he does is because of how he has to walk in his foot prosthetics. But you are right it’s a subtle addition that sells the character
Could you please expand on what you mean by shoehorning in the Guinan scene? How would you handle it if you were the episode writer?
Edit: to be clear, I know what shoehorning is, I just want to know why you think it occured here.
I’m not a Iron Maiden Jim, I’m a bloody eagle!
I didn’t know what an oubliette was, so I looked it up.
It’s a type of dungeon where the only entrance is a trap door in the ceiling of the oubliette. They are shaped like a bottle, narrow and vertical. The word comes from the French word “oublier” meaning"to forget"
I agree. We know that there are non-bipedal sapients (eg Tinman, Tholians, some Xindi, Belugas, etc) so there must be some species not made in the image of the Progenitors.
That is definitely a top contender!
Not necessarily dark, but I think the most tragic is “The Sound of Her Voice” where they try to rescue the standard captain on an unbreathable atmosphere planet…
And she was dead the whole time
Yeah. Boothby would be a terrible janitor
Don’t forget the other classic song from this musical, “Good Bye, Fairwell, naDevvo’ peghoS!”
Aka the Destroyer of Trees, the Consumer of Cheese!
The easiest way to stop piracy is not by putting antipiracy technology to work. It’s by giving those people a service that’s better than what they’re receiving from the pirates
